车床生产中泡沫消失模的应用

摘　　要：针对车床生产中单个或极少量零件生产或新产品的开发实验,设计搭建了简易的泡沫模加工平台。以CK6140车床床头箱为例,介绍了泡沫模拆分、各组件制作和组装方法,并介绍了用树脂砂分箱造型法铸造车床床身方法和要点,为消失泡沫模的制造提供新的解决方法案例。For production of single or very small amounts of parts, or the development of new product experiments in the lathe manufacture field, design and set up a simple platform for the foam mold processing. Take the CK6140 lathe headstock for example, present methods of foam separation, components production and assembly. And information and key points of lathe bed casting using the resin sand box modeling method were given. A new solution for lost foam casting was offered.
