摘 要:针对Tencel纤维纵条纹织物生产中开口不清、易产生纬缩等问题,采取了优化络筒、整经工艺,优选浆料配方,合理配置工艺参数,以及织造工序调整后梁和停经架高度,采用早开口,合理设定气压等工艺技术措施,最终成功生产出了Tencel 7.3/7.3 512/315 146纵条纹织物;织造效率95.1%,下机一等品率95%,入库一等品率达到99.2%,满足了市场需求。As the problems of shed clinging and weft shrinkage in the production process of tencel bedford cord, the winding and sizing process optimization, sizing formula selective, process parameters optimization, adjusting back beam and warp stop height, adopting earlier shed and selecting reasonable air pressure were successfully used to produce tencel 7. 3/7. 3 512/315 146 vertical stripe fabric. The weaving efficiency reached 95. 1%, production first grade percentage before cloth repairing attained 95% and the first grade percentage put in storage reached 99.2 %. The production quality met consumers demands.
