六色提花织物在纹织CAD上的工艺设计

摘　　要：利用纹织CAD的图像输入、图像编辑及工艺处理等功能,借助提花织造技术进行提花织物的品种设计。将六色图像通过纹织CAD进行编辑处理,结合组织配合实现少纬多色效果。试织表明织物的织纹图像色彩与模拟图相近。The variety of jacquard fabric was designed through weaving CAD image input, image editing, process treatment and jacquard weaving technology. The six colors image was edited using weaving CAD and combined with different weaving pattern to realize another two colors for the fabric. After the weaving trial, the fabric pattern color was similar with the simulation figure.
