提高厚重型PU革基布渗透性的生产工艺优化

摘  要:针对1.25mm PU革基布织物较厚、绒毛长而密,渗透性不好时在制革中易产生暗泡和剥离强力低等质量问题,对其前处理生产工艺进行了工艺优化;得出的工艺为:精练剂838 10g/L,烧碱18g/L,双氧水15g/L,稳定剂CM-3 4g/L,柔软剂E-6 30g/L,汽蒸温度98℃,时间50min。通过工艺优化提高了织物渗透性,毛效达到9cm/5min,满足了客户需求。The quality problems of bubbles and low peeling strength were existed as the properties of 1.25 mm PU leather thick fabric, long and density hair and bad permeability. The pre-treatment production process was optimized. The optimal process was scouring agent 838 of 10 g/L, NaOH of 18 g/L, H2O2 of 15 g/L, stabilizer CM-3 of 4 g/L, softening agent E-6 of 30 g/L, steam temperature of 98 ℃, time of 50 min. The fabric permeability was improved and the capillary effect was up to 9 crn/5 min so as to meet the needs of customers through the process optimization.
