摘  要:为获得有开发潜力的放线菌活性菌株,利用GYM分离培养基对采自贵州省梵净山生态保护区采集土壤样品进行分离纯化与筛选,并采用菌块法测定了分离得到的178株放线菌对藤黄微球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌等测试菌的抗菌活性,同样培养条件小量发酵,发酵产物经乙醇抽提后进行活性复筛,并通过HPLC和质谱分析并与天然产物数据库比较分析。结果表明,分离得到的178株菌中,有41株菌对藤黄微球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌表现出不同程度的抗菌活性,其中3株菌有新的天然产物峰出现,其产物结构有待进一步解析。To isolate the actinomycetes and obtain the strains with development potential in the soil of Fanjing Mountain in Guizhou Province,GYM media were used to isolate the bioactive strains.The antibacterial activities of the 178 stains were tested by Micrococcus luteus CGMCC 1.2156 and Bacillus subtilis.The active strains were cultured in the same condition as the isolation condition and the fermentation medium were extracted with ethanol.The activity of the concentrated fermentation products were rescreened,and were detected and analysised by HPLC and MS.41 of the 178 isolated strains show resistance to Micrococcus luteus and Bacillus subtilis,and three of them show novel peaks.Their structures need further study.
