摘　　要：传统儒者刘基人才学理论的核心思想就是人要有智慧与头脑,而用人则是用智之核心,智慧源于人才,人才是治国的关键,要善于识才、辨才、养才、用才。以现代人力资源管理学观点进行考察,可以发现在刘基这里,选人、识人、育人、用人,乃是一个有机的人才学理论系统。The core idea of Liuji＇s talent theory is that people should have wisdom and mind, while making use of personnel is the center of using wisdom because wisdom is from talent, who is the key to administrating a nation.Therefore, it is important to know talent, identify talent, keep talent and use talent. From the standpoint of current human resource management, we could discover that there is an effective talent system about choosing people, knowing people, educating people and using people in his theory.
