摘  要:通过测试闽江河口5种不同类型湿地土壤不同层次铵态氮(NH4-N)和硝态氮(NO3^--N)含量差异并分析其空间分布特征。结果表明:不同湿地类型土壤NH4-N、NO3^--N、NH4-N/NO3-N分别介于10.66~32.64mg/kg、0.80。2.53mg/kg和5.35~51.83之间;从剖面分布看,NH4-N、NO3-N表现为由表向下逐渐降低,NH4-N/NO3-N表现为由表向下先减少后增加,但滩涂养殖湿地呈现不同的变化趋势;不同植物群落对湿地土壤NH4-N和NO3-N的空间分布影响明显。相关性分析表明,NH4-N与有机质呈显著正相关性(P〈0.05),NH4-N还与pH值呈显著负相关性(P〈0.05);NO3-N与土壤含水量呈显著正相关性(P〈0.05);pH值与NH4-N/NO3-N呈现极显著的负相关性fP〈0.01),NH4-N与NH4-N/NO3-N呈极显著的正相关性(P〈0.01)。Ammonium nitrogen(NH4-N) and nitrate nitrogen(NO3^--N) are two forms of soil nitrogen that can be directly absorbed by plants. Spatial and temporal changes of their contents significantly affect the nitrogen transport and transformation processes in wetland soil. Through contrast and analysis on the differences between ammonium and nitrate nitrogen contents, the spatial distribution characteristics were studied in different soil layers of 5 different types of wetland in Min River estuary. The result showed that the values of NH4^+-N, NO3^-N, NH4^-N/NO3^-N in different type + wetland soil were 10.66-32.64 mg/kg, 0.80-2.53 mg/kg and 5.35-51.83, respectively. NH4-N and NO3-N showed a decreasing trend on the vertical distribution with increasing depth. NH4^+-N/NO3-N in soil profiles decreased first, and then increased, but the mudflat aquaculture wetland presented a different changing trend. Possibly, vegetation growth and plant communities had affected the distribution of NH4^+-N and NO:-N in soil. Correlation analysis showed positive + + correlations between NH4-N and soil organic matter(P〈0.05). A negative correlation was detected between NH4-N and pH (P〈0.05) and a positive correlation was also found between NO3-N and soil water contents, pH was negatively correlated with NH4^+-N/NO3-N (P〈0.01), but NH4^+-N was positively correlated with NH4^+-N/NO3-N (P〈0.01).
