社区糖尿病家庭保健员的培训方法及体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨糖尿病家庭保健员培训的有效方法。方法:成立培训专家组,制订培训方案,对筛选出的100名家庭保健员,采取理论培训与互动讨论相结合、分类培训和入户指导相结合、指导自学等方式有计划地进行培训。结果:糖尿病家庭保健员对糖尿病防治知识掌握合格率提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:糖尿病家庭保健员培训方法效果显著,可以推广。Objective ：To explore the effective methods to improve the training effects of family health worker of diabetes mellitus.Methods：For the training of family health worker,a training expert panel had been set up to develop a specific training program.Then 100 community residents were chosen as family health worker,and received the systematic training and self-training,which combined with theoretical training and mutual discussion,classified training and visiting guidance.Results：The know rate of the prevention of chronic disease knowledge in investigation objects was increased than before,with a statistically significant differences（P0.01）.Conclusion ：The training method is effective,so it can be popularized.
