摘　　要：随着社会的发展,人们对健康的需求越来越高,护理人员作为健康服务的主要提供者的压力也越来越大,容易产生职业倦怠,根据Bakker等人对护理人员的研究发现,职业倦怠具有传染性,可以从一个人传播到另一个人[1]。本文通过对国内外护理职业倦怠的现状、原因及干预的措施进行综述,以进一步丰富和充实护理职业倦怠的研究。With the development of society,people need health is getting higher and higher,the nursing staff as the main provider of health services is also growing pressure,prone to burnout,according to Bakker et al nursesfound that burnout is contagious and can be spread from one person to another [1].This article summarized through the status quo of domestic and foreign nursing burnout,causes and intervention measures to further enrich and strengthen nursing burnout.
