摘　　要：目的:探讨对重症颅脑损伤(SBI)患者的护理。方法:对我院2008年6月～2012年6月的168例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:临床护理人员的全方位护理患者效果满意,无严重并发症。结论:严密观察病情和关怀是患者安全的重要保障,减少并发症,提高治愈率。Objective：To investigate the care of patients with severe brain injury（SBI）.Methods A：retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 168 cases of SBI patients admitted from June 2008 to June 2012.Result：The results of a full range of clinical nurse were satisfactory,no serious complications occurred.Conclusion：Observing closely and caring rightly is an important guarantee to ensure patient safety,reduce complications and improve the cure rate.
