黄芪注射液治疗慢性脑供血不足患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的:研究黄芪注射液对慢性脑供血不足(CCCI)的治疗效果。方法:将慢性脑供血不足患者分为黄芪组和安慰剂组,治疗前和治疗后行经颅多普勒超声检查椎动脉和基底动脉血流速度平均值(Vm)和阻力指数(RI),同时测量血浆内皮素(ET)和一氧化氮(NO)含量。结果:黄芪组椎动脉和基底动脉的收缩期和舒张期血流速度平均值增加,阻力指数下降,血浆ET含量下降(P<0.01),血浆NO含量升高(P<0.01)。结论:黄芪注射液能改善慢性脑供血不足,增加脑血流量。Objective： To study the effect of Astragalus Injection on patients with Chronic Cerebral Circulation Insufficiency（CCCI）. Methods： The subjects were divided into astragalus injection group and placebo group. The means of systolic and diastolic flow velocity and resistant index of the vertebrobasilar artery were determined by transcranial doppler before and after taking the astragalus injection. The levels of ET and NO in serum were detected. Results： The means of systolic and diastolic flow velocity were increased and the resistant index was decreased significantly after taking the astragalus injection. The level of ET in serum was decreased （P 〈0.01）, however the level of NO in serum was increased （P 〈0. 01）.Conclusions： The Asuagalus Injection can improve the blood supply and flow volume of the brain artery for the patient with chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency.
