摘  要:以东海舟山海域腐烂海草为原料,筛选出碱性脱胶菌株DA8.对菌株DA8进行形态、生理生化和16SrDNA序列分析,分类鉴定其为纤维单胞菌(Cellulomonas sp).酶活测定表明,该菌液同时具有果胶酶活力和木聚糖酶活力,并在pH为6.5-9.0、50℃以下酶活较稳定.利用该菌株在碱性条件下对亚麻粗纱进行脱胶,结果表明,菌株DA8对亚麻具有较好的脱胶效果,强力损伤小(下降14.19%);扫描电镜表明,和未处理亚麻纤维以及传统化学处理纤维相比,DA8处理后亚麻纤维表面胶质去除干净且表面光滑.Alkalophilic degumming strains DA8 was screened from the rotten wrack around Zhoushan ar- chipelago sea area. It was characterized as Cellulomonas sp by testing the strain morphology, physiology, bio- chemistry and the 16S rDNA sequences. Determination of enzyme activity showed that the activities of petin- ase and xylanase were obtained, and enzyme activities were stable under 50 ℃ and at pH 6.5-9.0. It was uti- lized to degum the flax roving under alkaline condition, and the result showed that the strain had a good result of degumming, and less strength with 14.19% of loss. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) showed that com- pared with the untreated fiber and degummed by NaOH, the gum on the surface of flax fiber was mostly re- moved, and the surface of the flax fiber was smooth.
