摘　　要：在纯棉及混纺类筒子纱活性染料染色中，常温皂洗工艺要在30～40℃下进行．以染黑色为例，介绍了常温皂洗剂应用的具体工艺及参数；分析了常温皂洗工艺的经济效益．试验结果表明，采用常温皂洗工艺处理，筒子纱各项色牢度均达标，节省后处理时间并可实现节能减排．Room temperature soaping is usually performed at 30-40 ℃ in cotton and its blends package dyeing. Taking black dyeing sample as example, the detail application process and parameters of room temper- ature soaping agent was introduced. The economic benefit of room temperature soaping technology was ana- lyzed. The experiment results showed that the various fastness of package dyed yarn treated by room temper- ature soaping process could meet the standard, the post-treatment time was saved and energy-saving and emissions reduction could be realized.
