摘  要:防喷器控制系统是操作防喷器组开关的钻井井口控制设备,其可靠性直接关系到井口设备和人员安全,它的失效会引发井喷甚至会造成灾难性后果。根据防喷器控制装置的生产、ERP系统不合格品检验单、液控配件的销售和大量油田回访资料,以常用气控型的防喷器控制系统标准配置为例,建立了防喷器控制系统的故障树,并对故障树进行定性分析,找出易导致防喷器控制系统不能正常工作的故障点,对防喷器控制系统的开发、质量管控、设计改进具有重要意义,并为其他型号或配置的防喷器控制装置的可靠性设计提供了有益参考。Blowout preventer (BOP) control system is the wellhead control equipment for operating the switch of BOP stack, its reliability is directly related to the safety of the wellhead equipment and personnel, and its failure will lead to blowout or even cause disastrous consequences. Taking common pneumatic BOP control system with standard configuration as an example, a failure tree of BOP control system is established based on the production data of BOP control device, the nonconforming product inspection sheet of ERP system and the sales and oilfield feedback information of hydraulic control components. The fault points which easily lead to the failure of the BOP control system by the qualitative analysis of the failure tree, which is of great significance to the development, quality control and design improvement of BOP control systems, and provides a useful reference for the reliability design of different type or different configuration of BOP control devices.
