摘  要:钻井泵是石油钻机的核心设备,可靠性不足始终是其最突出的质量问题,阐述了如何在设计、制造、试验、使用和管理中全面引入可靠性技术,不断提高钻井泵产品的可靠性水平。实践中,应严格执行API SPEC Q1质量规范和API SPEC 7K标准,同时加强可靠性理论知识的学习与应用,加强可靠性管理力度,推动可靠性技术在钻井泵及其他石油装备中的应用与发展。The drilling pumps are key equipment of petroleum rigs. Lacking of reliability is always the most outstanding problem of drilling pumps. It is elaborated how to apply the reliability technique to the design, manufacture, test, use and management of the drilling pumps to constantly improve the level reliability of the drilling pumps. In practice, API SPEC Q1 quality specification and API SPEC 7K standard should be strictly carried out, at the same time, technical staff should strengthen the theory learning, application and management of reliability to promote the application and development of reliability technique in the drilling pumps and other petroleum equipments.
