卫生职业学院学生心理应激状况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解卫生职业学院学生心理压力现状和影响因素,为心理健康教育提供参考。方法采用中国大学生心理应激量表(CCSPSS)对720名学生进行调查。结果学生CCSPSS的5个维度得分分别为(47.49±18.09)、(47.30±20.65)、(31.61±13.36)、(71.85±40.79)、(30.94±18.01)分,均高于全国常模[5];高年级学生各维度和总分维度得分高于低年级;家庭人口多的学习和发展心理压力较小,家庭经济状况差的发展和家庭压力较大,父亲健康状况差的家庭压力较大,父亲文化程度对学生的生活压力影响存在差异;过去一年中经历过亲人死亡和恋爱挫折的学生所感压力较大。结论本次调查的医学生心理应激水平偏高,不同群体间存在着一定差异。应关注特殊群体学生,针对性地开展心理健康咨询,促进身心健康发展。Objective To investigate the psychological stress status and its influencing factors of the students in Health Vo cational College, and to provide reference for psychological health education. Methods 720 students were surveyed by China College Student Psychological Stress Scale （CCSPSS）. Results Scores of 5 dimensions of the students were （47.49±18.09）, （47.30±20.65） ,（31.61±13.36）,（71.85±40.79）,（30.9±18.01）,which were higher than the national norm. The senior students＇ scores of individual and total dimensions were higher than that of junior students. Students with more family numbers had lower stress on learning and development, while students with worse household economy situation had higher stress on family and development. Students whose fathers were in poor health condition had higher family stress. Father＇s educational background significantly affected the students＇ life stress. In the past year, the students who suffered from the death of rela tives or emotional problems had higher stress scores. Conclusion The psychological stress of medical students in the survey was high. There were some differences among various groups. More attention should be paid on the students in special groups with higher psychological stress. Targeted health counseling programs should be carried out to promote their mental and physi cal health development.
