摘 要:研究了丙烯酸在两种不同阴离子交换膜(JAM-1-10和ACM均相膜)中的扩散特性.试验结果表明,温度和丙烯酸浓度对丙烯酸在JAM-I-10和ACM均相膜中传质的影响规律一致.当温度在15-30℃之间,传质系数随温度的升高而增大,符合阿累尼乌斯方程.当温度在20℃,酸室丙烯酸初始浓度为0.5~4.0mol/L条件下,传质系数随丙烯酸浓度变化不大;同等条件下,丙烯酸在ACM均相膜中的传质系数明显低于JAM-1—10均相膜.The mass transfer characteristics of acrylic acid in two di{ferent anion exchange membranes (JAM-I-10 and ACM homogeneous membrane) were studied. It was indicated that the effect of temperature and acrylic acid concentration on mass transfer coefficient across JAM-I-10 and ACM membranes was the same. In the range of 15 ℃ to 30 ℃, the mass transfer coefficient increased with the increase of the temperature and followed the Arrheniusr Equation. At the temperature of 20 ℃, when the concentration of acrylic acid increased from 0. 5 mol/L to 4. 0 mol/L, the mass transfer coefficient changed little. Under the same condition, the mass transfer coefficient of acrylic acid in the ACM homogeneous membrane was significantly lower than that in the JAM-I-10 homogeneous membrane.
