摘　　要：为了提高盐改站土地质量,走土地可持续利用之路。在进一步掌握了盐改站土地资源的数量、质量、分布及土地利用特点的基础上应用统计分析方法,针对盐改站土地利用中存在的问题,论证了土地利用和经济发展的特殊性以及土地保护观念转变的必要性,揭示了导致土地变化的主要因子。最后提出了正确处理土地利用的经济效益与社会效益的关系及合理利用土地资源的对策措施。In order to improve the quality of the land of Saline Land Improvement Station and make a sustainable use of the land, on the basis of the further understanding of the quantity, quality, distribution and utilization characteristics of the land resource of Saline Land Improvement Station, aiming at the existing problems in the utilization of the land of Saline Land Improvement Station and using statistical analysis methods, the particularity of the land use and economic development and the necessity of the transformation of the concept of land protection are discussed and main factors leading to the changes of the land are presented. Finally the countermeasures for correct treatment of the relationship between the economic benefit and the social benefit of the land utilization as well as rational utilization of the land resources are put forward.
