摘　　要：介绍了LME012型针织物多功能练漂机的构造、工作原理、工艺流程和应用特点。该机既能用于筒状针织物的平幅加工,又能用于筒状和开幅织物的绳状加工,能适应棉及其混纺交织、化纤等各种针织物、机织物的松式连续练漂加工。应用该机练漂不仅能获得稳定的练漂效果(白度、毛效、纤维损伤)、优良的布面效果(无折痕、无擦伤、不起毛羽等)以及尺寸稳定性,还能大幅度地降低水、电、汽的消耗量、减少污水排放量,减轻劳动强度和减少用工等。The structure, operating principle, technological process and application Characteristics of LME012 multi-functional continual scouring-bleaching machine for knitted fabrics are introduced. This machine can be used not only for open-width process of cylindrical knitted fabrics, but also for rope process of cylindrical and open width fabrics. It is also applicable to relaxing continuous scouring-bleaching process for various knitted and woven fabrics of cotton and its blended fabrics and synthetic fibers. Fabrics soured and bleached by this machine exhibit stable scouring-bleaching effects （whiteness, capillary effect, fiber damage）, excellent surface effects （no crease, no scratches, non-fluff, etc.） and dimensional stability. Additionally, water, electricity, steam consumption and discharge of sewage can be drastically decreased. Working intensity and labor are also reduced.
