活性染料耐氯化水色牢度分析及改进方法研究

摘　　要：优化了耐氯固色剂TF-241的应用工艺，探讨了对活性染料的耐氯固色效果。结果表明，不同结构的活性染料耐氯化水的性能不同，耐氯固色剂TF-241可使织物耐氯化水色牢度提高至4级以上，并对摩擦、耐洗牢度有一定的改善效果，对日晒色牢度及染色色光影响不大。同时其具有一定的耐洗性，固色效果受柔软整理影响小。TF-241最佳固色工艺为：固色温度40-50℃，固色时间20min，焙烘温度160℃。对于一般颜色，推荐用量为3％，对于耐氯较差的颜色如艳蓝、翠蓝、黑色、丈青等，推荐用量为4％-5％。Application technology of chlorine-resistant fixer TF-241 was optimized, and its chlorine-resistant fixing effect was discussed. Reactive dyes with different structures exhibit diverse chlorine-resistant abilities. Chlorine- resistant fixer TF-241 is able to increase chlorine fastness of textile to over 4 grade with a certain improvement in rubbing and washing fastnesses and small impact on light fastness and color tone. Chlorine-resistant fixer TF-241 also shows acceptable washability, of which the fixing effect is less influenced by soft treatment. The optimized condition of chlorine-resistant fixer TF-241 is fixing temperature 40-50 ℃ , fixing time 20 min and baking temperature 160 ℃ . The suggested dosage of chlorine-resistant fixer TF-241 for common color is 3%, while the amount for poor chlorine- resistant colors is 4%-5% such as brilliant blue, emerald blue, black and moderzol navy blue.
