摘　　要：新世纪以来,公有民办二级学院办学模式不断发展深化,诸多公有院校根据本校实际情况进行了有益的探索。公有民办二级学院新的办学模式中的异地办学模式,以其丰富的内涵、崭新的亮点、面临的困境等受到了社会的日益关注。Since the new century, public private secondary school development deepening school -running mode, many public colleges and universities according to the actual circumstance of the school has carried on the beneficial exploration. Public private secondary school have the new school- running mode of long- distance education, with its rich intension, a new bright spot,the plight of the increasingly concerned by the society.
