直立式聚丙烯输液袋与临床常用药物相容性研究

摘　　要：目的选择临床常用7种药物进行加药试验,评价直立式聚丙烯输液袋与药物之间的相容性。方法模拟临床用药情况,分别在直立式聚丙烯输液袋、玻璃输液瓶装基础输液中,分别加入临床常用7种药物,加药后放置6小时,分别于0、1、2、6小时取样对输液中的药物含量、PH、性状进行测定,以玻璃输液瓶作为对照。结果药物相容性试验结果显示,与用玻璃输液瓶包装的同批药品相比,未发现盛装5%葡萄糖注射液和0.9%氯化钠注射液的直立式聚丙烯输液袋对注射用头孢呋辛钠、注射用头孢唑林钠、注射用头孢噻肟钠、注射用头孢拉定、肌苷注射液、氨茶碱注射液以及注射用盐酸川芎嗪有更明显的吸附作用。结论直立式聚丙烯输液袋与临床常用药物相容性好。Objective To use glass infusion bottles as control, select seven commonly used drugs for dosing to simulate clinical drug use and evaluate the compatibility with commonly used drugs of upright polypropylene infusion bags. Methods To simulate clinical practice,seven commonly used drugs were separately added into two infusion containers of upright polypropylene infusiotl bags and glass infusion bottles,and drug content, p H and color of the solution were detected separately at 0,1,2 and 6 hour. Results Compared with the same lots of drugs in glass infusion bottles,no more pronounced adsorption is found of 5% glucose infusion and 0.9% sodium chloride infusion in upright polypropylene infusion bags with cefuroxime sodium for injection, cefazolin sodium for injection, cefotaxime sodium for injection, cefradine for injection, inosine injection, aminophylline injection and ligustrazine hydrochloride for injection. Conclusion Upright pol- ypropylene infusion bag has good compatibility with commonly used drugs.
