摘　　要：受国家政策、社会、村官自身等各方面因素的影响,很多大学生村官不同程度地出现了归属感缺失、生活迷茫等心理问题。需加强大学生村官的自我心理调控,积极跟进相关政策并营造积极的社会环境,以更好地发挥大学生村官的积极作用。National policies, social environment, self qualification and other factors have left college student village leaders （CSVLs） with a lot of psychological problems, including the lack of sense of belonging and the loss of life goals. To solve these problems, CSVLs themselves should enhance their ability of psycho- logical adjustment, and the government should make some policies to create a positive environment. Only in this way can full play be given to their roles.
