甜梦合剂的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的进一步完善甜梦合剂的质量标准,以控制药品质量。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别刺五加、黄芪、枸杞子、淫羊藿和陈皮;并采用高效液相色谱法测定淫羊藿中淫羊藿苷的含量:以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;以乙腈-0.05%磷酸(25:75)为流动相;检测波长为270 nm。结果淫羊藿苷进样量在0.0808～0.404μg范围内,峰面积与对照品的进样量线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率98.4%。结论此法操作简单,结果准确,能够有效地控制甜梦合剂的质量。Objective To further improve the quality standards of Tianmeng Mixture to control the drug quality. Methods Acanthopanacis senticosi Radix, Astragali Radix, Lycii Fructus, Epimedii Folium and Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium were identified using thin layer chromatography （TLC）; the content of icariin was determined by HPLC： the filler was octadecyl silane bonded silica, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.05 % phosphate （25：75）, and the detection wavelength was 270 nm. Results The peak area of and the sample size of icariin showed good linearity in the range of 0.0808-0.404 μg, r= 0.9999, with the average recovery of 98.4 %. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, and can effectively control the quality of Tianmeng Mixture.
