摘  要:本文采用热交换法生长出直径380mm,高250mm,重达117.6KG的A向蓝宝石晶体,测试了晶体在红外和可见光波段的透过率、努氏硬度、折射率、位错密度和半峰宽等数值,结果显示:晶体均匀性较好,无开裂,在可见光和红外波段的透过率均超过85%,位错密度小,只有677pits/cm2,半峰宽值很小,仅为12.24",晶体具有良好的质量。The sapphire crystals, which (P380mm×250mm in size and 117.6Kt5 in welgnt naa successfully grown along A axis by means of Heat Exchange method, transmittance in infrared and visible wavelengths. Knoop hardness, index of refraction, dislocation density, peak width at half height of sapphire crystal had been measured, it shows that sapphire crystal is very homogeneous and no crack, it has a 85% transmittance both in infrared and visible wavelengths, it has a very low dislocation, only 677pits/cm^2, and very low peak width at half height, only 12.24", crystal has a very good quality.
