摘　　要：糠醛工业属重污染行业,实施清洁生产,势在必行。作者通过深入调研,并结合我国糠醛工业实际生产状况和污染防治的发展趋势,对目前我国糠醛工业生产设备、资源能源利用、污染物产生、废物回收利用和环境管理方面的清洁生产潜力进行了系统分析。同时,从清洁生产的角度提出合理化建议。这对糠醛生产企业在清洁生产审核过程中真正做到节能、降耗、减污、增效具有重要意义。Due to heavy pollution, it is imperative for the furfur＆l industry to implement cleaning production. Through in--depth research on the actual production status and the trend of pollution treatment for the furfural industry, the author analyzed systematically the cleaning production potentiality in terms of equipment, the utilization of resource and energy, the pollutant generation, waste recycling and environmental management, and proposed rational suggestions from the perspective of cleaning production as well. As a result, the paper has significant meaning for the furfural enterprises to save energy, reduce consumption and emission, and increase efficiency in the process of cleaning production audit.
