摘  要:目的了解社区医生对抗菌药物的认知情况及抗菌药物的使用情况,为相关部门制定措施以引导抗菌药物的合理使用提供理论依据。方法采用整群抽样方法,随机抽取社区卫生服务机构,对该机构中社区医生进行问卷调查。结果社区医生对抗菌药物常用知识的认知率较高,6个问题的回答正确率均达到78%以上;有关具体的专业知识的问题得分偏低,在回答使用抗菌药物预防Ⅰ类切口手术引起的感染时,30.2%的社区医生不清楚给药时间,38.5%的社区医生不清楚用药时长;社区医生抗菌药物不合理使用率为51.4%。结论社区医生抗菌药物知识的认知率较低,抗菌药物不合理使用率较高,应加强对社区医生抗菌药物知识的培训。Objective To learn cognitive status about knowledge of antibiotics among community doctors, it aims to provide a theoretical basis for relevant departments to develop measures that can lead the rational use of antibiotics. Methods Cluster sampling method was used to select community health service institutions and questionnaire survey was conducted among community doctors. Results Cognition rate of common knowledge about antibiotics was high and correct rates of 6 questions were more than 78% ; cognition rate of professional knowledge was low; When answering questions a- bout using antibiotics to prevent class I incision surgery infections, 30. 2% of community doctors were not clear of the de- livery time, 38.5% of them were not clear of the duration. Unreasonable utilization rate was 51.4%. Conclusion Cog- nition rate of knowledge about antibiotics was low, unreasonable utilization rate of antibiotics was high, it is necessary to strengthen the training of knowledge on antibiotics for community doctors.
