“中心城市”建设中的人才支撑问题研究——以南通为例

摘　　要："中心城市"的建设关键在于城市实力和城市影响力的提升,人才是第一要素。以南通为例,分析南通建设长三角北翼经济中心的人才需求取向,通过对南通区域经济中心建设过程中人才支撑体系的现状及问题进行研究,发现其支撑体系存在人才队伍建设不完善,人才发展环境不理想,人才管理和人才政策不健全等问题,并针对这些问题提出相应的对策建议,从而加强人才对南通建设长三角北翼经济中心的支撑作用。The construction of central city depends significantly on talent resources to enf orce it＇s strength and influence. This paper takes Nan tong as an example and, analysising it＇s talent demand and the current situation of it＇s talent sustentation system. In order to enhance the power of the talent in economic central construction, this paper puts forward the countermeasures for this purpose ,i. e to strengthen the construction of talent team, to optimize the optimize the environment of talent development, to reform talent management mechanism and talent policy.
