摘　　要：石油企业作为我国的支柱性能源企业,HSE的管理应该得到较高重视。对于我国石油企业中HSE管理方面存在的问题,本文将模糊综合评价法引入我国石油企业在HSE管理中。该方法把评价指标的一级指标和二级指标从定性分析转为定量分析,从而使管理者可以直观的决策HSE的实际管理。经过实践证明该评价方法能够提高HSE的管理水平,对减少我国石油企业中的各类事故的发生以及提高我国的安全管理水平具有重要作用。为石油企业HSE管理提供了理论依据。As a pillar of energy enterprises, HSE management of oil companies should be paid more attention. For the question of HSE manage- ment of petroleum enterprises in China, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is introduced to the management of HSE in this paper. The a- nalysis of the level evaluation indicators and level two transfer into quantitative analysis from qualitative analysis. Then the managers can make de- cision in HSE management in visual. Practice proves that the evaluation method can improve the HSE management level, reduce the occurrence of accidents and improve the level of safety management. The method also can provide a theoretical basis for the HSE management of Petroleum En- terprises.
