技术先行,管理完善:企业服务经营模式的创新思路

摘　　要：随着我国进入经济的转型期,企业需要通过增加各类服务的投入,提升自身适应环境以及持续发展的能力,这就要求企业在服务类工作的经营过程中不断地变革与创新。通过分析服务类工作以技术型、管理型和复合型为主的经营模式创新策略,可以总结出"技术先行、管理完善"的服务经营模式的创新思路。"技术"是生产力,"管理"是生产关系,生产力决定生产关系,生产关系反作用于生产力。先进的、复杂的服务技术需要有效的管理支持与协调,这一思路可以帮助企业在经济转型期建立高效地发现服务类工作经营模式创新的思路,进而建立持续、稳定、有效的服务经营机制。When the economy and society are changing to a new model in China, corporations need to improve the service power for orientation and development. So, service work must be innovated in working models to fit this circumstance. This treatise analyzed the working models of technol- ogy, management and complex, and then summarized the customarily idea of lead technology, perfect management for Innovating working model of service. Because technology is productive forces, management is production relations; productive forces determine production relations, and pro- duction relations retroact to productive forces. This dialectics is the basic with the innovative strategies of service working models. The advanced technology needs the support from the management. This production is looked forward to constitute a system of keeping profit for corporations of service in the changeful conditions.
