摘 要:运用正平衡法和反平衡法分析了锅炉能效的测试方法,通过计算找到了影响锅炉能效的几个主要因素。研究发现要提高锅炉能效,首先必须实时监测进入锅炉的空气温度,控制过量空气系数,避免进氧过量。再者,可在烟囱中安装热交换装置,利用燃烧后排出的废气对锅炉给水预加热。此外,还发现在水垢厚度较薄时,水垢厚度每增加1mm,能效损失大约增加6%。因此,必须对锅炉给水进行软化处理以减少水垢形成,并定期清理锅炉系统中的水垢。The testing of the energy efficiency for boiler has been investigated within the input output (direct) and heat loss (indirect) methods and the dominated factors, affecting the energy efficiency have been found by calculation. The research on how to improve the energy efficiency for boiler indicates that it is very necessary to monitor the air temperature of entering the boiler in real time and control the excess air coefficient to a void the excess of the oxygen. In other hand, the heat exchanger can be installed in the stack to use the exhaust fumes from the combustion to heai the feed water of the boiler. In addition, the increasing of 1 mm thickness for quite thin scale would lead to the energy loss of -6%. As a result, the feed water must experience a softening process to avoid the formation of the scale, and it is necessary that the scale in the boiler system should be cleaned periodically.
