摘 要:目的比较ELISPOT和Quanti-FERON-TB Gold In-Tube(QFT-GIT)试剂盒,探讨ELISPOT方法在活动性肺结核诊断中的意义。方法应用ELISPOT和Quanti-FERON-TB Gold In-Tube(QFT-GIT)对105份活动性结核患者(A组)和60份非结核呼吸系统疾病对照组(B组)进行检测。结果 ELISPOT与QFT-GIT方法的敏感度、特异度、阳性预测值及阴性预测值分别为85.71%、86.67%、91.84%及77.61%和83.81%、76.67%、86.27%及73.02%,且两种方法差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论应于ESAT-6/CFP-10融合蛋白技术的ELISPOT检测方法能够诊断活动性肺结核,并对结核感染诊断提供一定的依据。Objective To compare ELISPOT and Quanti-FERON-TB Gold In-Tube(QFT-GIT) assay and explore the application of Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISPOT) in diagnosis of active pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods The two methods of IGRAs,Quanti-FERON-TB Gold In-Tube(QFT-GIT) and ELISPOT,was employed to detect 105 cases with active tuberculosis (A group) and 60 cases with non-TB pulmonary disease (B group). Results The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value ELISPOT. TB and QFT-GIT were re- spectively 85.71%,86.67%,91.84%,77.61% and 83.81%,76.67%,86.27%,73.02%. There were not statistically significance difference between two methods (P〉0. 05). Conclusion Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay( ELIS- POT) using ESAT-6/CFP-10 fusion protein(E/C) can be aassistant to diagnosis active tuberculosis. It offers certain di- agnostic evidences for latent tuberculosis infection.
