摘 要:目的分析长春市流感病毒核酸的监测结果,掌握流感流行规律,为流感防控工作提供科学依据。方法用实时定量PCR法对采集的流感样病例标本进行核酸检测。结果 2012年1月-2013年5月共采集流感样病例标本1037份,总阳性率为25.17%。在此期间,共出现两次流感流行高峰:第一次是在2012年2月-3月,主要以乙型和季节H3N2型流感病毒为主;第二次是在2013年1月,主要以季节H3N2型和新甲型H1N1型流感病毒为主。结论应加强流感监测,避免流感大流行的发生。Objective Analyze the surveillance results of influenza in Changchun to grasp the epidemiological pattern and to provide a scientific basis for further prevention and control of influenza. Methods Specimens collected from in- fluenza like cases were tested by real-time PCR. Results 1037 specimens were collected from January 2012 to May 2013 and the positive rate of the virus was 25.17 %. There were two epidemic peaks of influenza during this time. The first peak appeared from February to March 2012 with B and H3 N2 subtype as the epidemic strains. The second peak appeared in January 2013 with H3 N2 and swill N1 subtype as the epidemic strains. Conclusion We should pay atten- tion to the surveillance results to prevent the pandemic.
