摘　　要：目的了解江苏省海安县入托、入学儿童接种证持有及免疫规划免费疫苗接种现况,为提高规划疫苗接种率和加强学校传染病预防控制提供科学依据。方法按照统一方案,对海安县2009-2011年入托、入学儿童预防接种证进行查验。结果托幼机构及小学查验率为100.00%,持证率为99.21%,除A+C苗接种率低于95.00%外,其他疫苗接种率均超过95.00%。结论应注意加强相关疫苗预防接种的宣传和及时查漏补种工作,促进入托、入学儿童接种证查验和计划免疫工作。OBJECTIVE To understand the Haian County children at admission to child care setting and school vaccination card hold and the free immune planning vaccination, in order to improve planning vaccination rates and provide scientific basis for strengthening school infectious diseases prevention and control. METHOD In accordance with the unified plan, the Haian County children at admission to child care setting and school from 2009 to 2011 vaccination certificate inspection. RESULTS Childcare facilities and elementary school inspection rate was 100.00%, holding certificates rate was 99.21%, in addition to A ＋ C Vaccines inoculation rate was less than 95.00%, other vaccination rates were more than 95.00%. CONCLUSION Should be paid attention to strengthen the propaganda of related vaccine inoculation and timely investigation and omissions offset vaccination work, promote the vaccination certificate inspection and EPI work of children at admission to child care setting and school.
