兰州市城关区高血压和糖尿病患病率及防治知识知晓情况分析

摘　　要：目的分析兰州市城关区居民高血压和糖尿病流行状况及危险因素,为开展有针对性的慢性病防控工作提供基础资料。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法,抽取18岁以上常住居民5 300人进行问卷调查和体格检查。结果调查有效人数5 198人,高血压患病率为21.25%,高血压患者的患病知晓率为53.36%;糖尿病患病率为7.75%,糖尿病患者的患病知晓率为56.61%。结论兰州市城关区应加强健康生活方式的宣传,提倡健康的生活理念,不断完善管理模式,提高对高血压、糖尿病等慢性病危险因素的控制,以降低慢性病的发生与发展。OBJECTIVE To analyze epidemic situation and hazards of hypertension and diabetes in residents of Lanzhou Chengguan distreiet, in order to provide basic information for carrying out targeted chronic disease prevention and control work. METHODS To do questionnaire survey and physical examination in 5 300 extractive residents beyond 18 years old from March 1st to May 31st in 2012. RESULTS The number of effective investigation is 5 198. The prevalence rate of hypertension is 21.25%, awareness rate of the disease is 53.36%; the prevalence rate of diabetes is 7.75%, the awareness rate of the disease is 56.61%. CONCLUSION It needs to strengthen the propaganda of healthy living, advocate the healthy lifestyle and perfecting the management mode,to improve the control of risk factors of chronic disease and reduce the happening and development of the disease.
