摘　　要：目的分析社区干预对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者BODE指数的影响,探索COPD患者的社区综合防治模式。方法以打浦桥街道《上海市居民健康档案》调查为基础,将158例COPD临床稳定期患者随机分为观察组、对照组,观察组实施社区综合干预6个月后,比较两组BODE指数的变化。结果干预后,观察组BODE指数改变优于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论社区综合干预能减轻COPD患者疲劳和气短,提高COPD患者心肺功能和生活质量。对COPD患者实施包括健康教育、营养支持、运动训练和结果评估的社区综合干预项目适合在社区广泛开展。OBJECTIVE Analyze the effect of community intervention on COPD index in patients with stable BODE, explore the community comprehensive prevention and control mode of COPD patients. METHOD Dapuqiao Street ＂Shanghai City resident health archives＂ investigation, 158 patients in COPD clinical stabilization period were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 6 months after the implementation of comprehensive community intervention in control group, changes of BODE index were compared between two groups. RESULTS After the intervention, the observation group BODE index change is superior to the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION Comprehensive community intervention can alleviate fatigue and shortness of breath in patients with COPD, improve the cardiopulmonary function and quality of life in patients with COPD. Including the implementation of health education, nutrition support, training, evaluation of results of comprehensive community intervention program is suitable for the extensive development in the community of COPD patients.
