2010年定西市高校教职工健康现状调查分析

摘　　要：目的通过健康体检，了解定西市直属学校教职工高血压、脂肪肝和高血脂等慢性病患病情况，及时对教职工存在的或潜在的健康危险因素进行评估。为预防与现代生活方式相关的慢性疾病和制定有针对性的健康教育及健康促进策略提供依据。方法对2010年7月-12月在定西市疾控中心进行健康体检的865名教职工体检结果进行统计，并对高血压、脂肪肝和高血脂等3项指标的检测情况通过矿检验方法进行统计学分析。结果学校教职工3项指标异常率分别为17．92％、24．16％和33．76％，除高血压外。其他2项指标均高于全国水平。体检人群中体重超重占38．96％，肥胖占9．94％，均高于全国平均水平。结论脂肪肝、高血脂和体重超重是影响教职工身体健康的重要因素，超重和肥胖又是引起这些疾病的主要危险因素，所以，做好慢性病防治知识宣传和健康教育工作．是我们疾控部门慢性病防治的主要任务。OBJECTIVE Using health investigation to understand, school staffs＇ the Dingxi high blood pressure, high cholesterol and other fatty liver and the prevalence of chronic diseases, to evaluate faculty presence or potential health risk factors for the prevention and modem lifestyle-related chronic diseases and to provide the basis for developing targeted health education and health promotion strategies. METHODS For July 2010-December 2010, 865 staff healthy physical examination results were statistically, hypertension, fatty liver, high cholesterol and other three detection conditions were analyzed statistically. RESULT School staff three abnormalities were 17.92%, 24.16%, 33.76%, in addition to high blood pressure, the other two were higher than the national average. All physical examination population accounted for 38.96% percent of overweight, obesity accounted for 9.94%, higher than the national average. CONCLUSION Fatty liver, high cholesterol, being overweight are important influencing factors in the health of staff, caused by overweightand obesity is a major risk factor for these diseases, so the promotion and chronic disease prevention for health education, disease control departments of our chronic disease is the main task of control.
