摘  要:以丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)和热塑性聚酰胺(PA)塑料为基体,通过动态硫化制备耐油热塑性弹性体。研究了不同硫化剂用量对ACM/PA6动态硫化体系加工性能、力学性能和耐油性的影响。当ACM/PA6的质量比在70/30,硫化剂用量在2.0 phr时,其加工性能、力学性能和耐油性最好。微观形态研究表明,硫化剂用量为1.0 phr时,ACM/PA6体系发生相反转,达到2 phr时橡胶颗粒的均匀程度提高并且形成明显的球形颗粒。毛细管流变性能表明,动态硫化后由于发生相反转,使得体系的流动性增加。Acrylate rubber (ACM) and thermoplastic polyamide (PA) plastic dynamic vulcanized thermoplastic elastomer was prepared. The effect of the different content of vulcanizing agent on processability, mechanical property and oil resistance property of dynamically vulcanized ACM/PA6 thermoplastic elastomer was studied. As the rubber-plastic blend ratio at 70/30, the dosage of vulcanizing agent was 2.0 phr, the best processability, mechanical property and oil resistance property of ACM/PA6 elastomer was obtained. Microscopic morphology studies showed that 1.0 phr of vulcanizing agent can make the phase transition occurs. The uniformity of the rubber particles can be improved and form distinct spherical parties at the dosage of 2. 0 phr. Capillary rheological properties showed that the flowability of the dynamically vulcanized elastomer was promoted after the phase reversion occurs.
