摘 要:利用紫外光接枝技术,引发亲水性单体2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸钠(NaAMPS)在医用聚氨酯表面发生接枝聚合反应,以提高聚氨酯表面的润滑性。测定分析了接枝前后聚氨酯的红外谱图和扫描电镜照片及其不同浓度亲水性单体NaAMPS对聚氨酯表面接枝率的影响,探究了接枝前及其不同浓度亲水性单体NaAMPS接枝聚氨酯在有无润滑介质水的条件下摩擦力和摩擦因数的变化。实验结果表明,在有润滑介质水的条件下,亲水性单体NaAMPS浓度较高时,接枝聚氨酯表面形成水润滑涂层,显著改善了聚氨酯表面的润滑性。A hydrophilic monomer 2 - acrylamido-methylpropane the surface of medical polyurethane with the UV grafting technology, FTIR spectra and SEM photos was measured before and after grafting sulfonate (NaAMPS) was grafted onto to improve the surface lubricity. Under the conditions of with or without lubrication medium water, the friction and the fiction coefficient of medical PU, which was before grafting and after grafted different concentrations of the hydrophilic monomer NaAMPS, was explored. Experimental results showed that when medical PU was grafted hydrophilic monomer NaAMPS at high concentration it was more lubricating under the condition of lubrication medium water.
