摘　　要：借助Moldflow软件进行模拟,分析玻纤增强材料注塑成型长方形盖状产品发生翘曲变形的趋势及产生原因,指出玻纤取向是造成变形的主要原因,并通过改变浇口位置解决翘曲问题,分析结果与实际相符。对弱化此类制件翘曲变形、提高产品质量具有重要的指导意义。With the help of Moldflow simulation, the warpage trend of glass fiber reinforced plastic injection molded product in the form of rectangular cover and its cause was specified, pointed out that the fiber orientation was the main problem was solved.
