摘 要:以聚碳酸酯(PC)为薄膜材料,对笔记本外壳进行模外装饰(OMD)贴膜。编写KDSGZ黏弹性本构模型的用户材料子程序,将其集成到ABAQUS软件中对该成型过程进行模拟仿真。以成型后薄膜厚度的标准偏差、应力值的标准偏差及其在X、Y方向变形量的标准偏差同时最小为目标,采用试验设计(DOE)中的正交数组法对其各项工艺参数进行优化分析。研究表明:KDSGZ模型能够较好地模拟其成型过程,经优化分析得到了较好的一组工艺参数,达到了薄膜厚度分布更均匀、减薄率更小、应力更小及其变形量更小的目的。The out-side mold decoration technology was used for mouse shell pad pasting with the polycarbonate film material. The user material subroutine of viscoelastic constitutive model of KDSGZ was written, and integrated into ABAQUS for the simulation of forming process. Aiming at the goal of the standard deviation of film thickness, stress, and its deforming in X, Y direction, the process parameters were optimized and analyzed using the design of experiment method. It was found that the forming process could be simulated with the model of KDSGZ, a set of process parameters was obtained after optimization, and the goal of uniform film thickness distribution, low reduction of film, small stress and small deforming was achieved.
