摘  要:利用高温广角X射线衍射技术研究了全芳香族五元共聚酯。衍射曲线显示了熔融液晶态的三种相结构转变,即晶体-晶体,晶体-向列相,向列相-各向同性的相变化。间位结构的加入,分子链宽度增加,空间位阻加大,晶格缺陷增加,致使结晶度下降。全芳香族共聚酯熔体是有序流动,具有自发取向的能力。沿某些晶面衍射强度增加,另一些晶面衍射强度降低。当快速冷却时,聚合物熔体形成的有序结构得以保留,新产生的晶相具有记忆效应而不消失。分子链在液晶态呈现出的紧密排列和高度取向,产生了材料的自增强效应,具备自增强特性的聚合物性能优于外加增强剂的增强材料。The aromatic copolyester was studied by high-temperature wide-angle X-ray emission. Diffraction curve showed the conversion of the three phase structures of the melting liquid crystal state which were the crystal-crystal, crystal-nematic phase, nematic phase-isotropic phase change. Adding meta- structure, the molecular width increased as well as the steric hindrance, lattice defects increased resulting in the decrease of crystallinity. The wholly aromatic copolyester was orderly flowing with the ability of self- orientation. Along a certain plane, the diffraction strength increased, while others decreased. The ordered structure of the polymer melt was retained when it was rapid cooled, the newly generated crystal phase had a crystal memory which did not disappear. The liquid crystal state of the molecular chain exhibited a high degree of orientation of closely spaced, resulting in a self-reinforcing effect of the material, with the characteristics of self-reinforced, the polymer's properties was superior to the reinforcing material with additives.
