摘  要:以环己烷-1,2-二甲酸酐(HHPA)与异辛醇为原料,浓硫酸为催化剂,合成了环己烷-1,2-二甲酸二异辛酯(DEHCH)。考察了实验合成的DEHCH用量对聚氯乙烯(PVC)软制品的力学性能、挥发性和耐溶剂性的影响。结果表明,随着增塑剂用量从30份增加到70份,拉伸强度与100%定伸模量都逐渐降低,断裂伸长率逐渐增加,脆化温度也逐渐降低,但高温挥发损失和溶剂中的损失都逐渐增大。与纯PVC树脂的性能相比,表明所合成的增塑剂有着较好的增塑性能,而且从整体而看,DEHCH仍具有较好的耐挥发性和耐溶剂性。In this article di (2- ethylhexyl) -1, 2- cyclohexane dicarboxylate (DEHCH) was synthesized by the reaction of HHPA with iso-oetanol using concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst. The effects of DEHCH content on the mechanical properties, volatility and migration stability in solvents of poly (vinyl chloride) were studied. With the content of DEHCH increasing from 30 phr to 70 phr, the tensile strength, modulus at 100% elongation and brittle temperature all decreased, and on the other hand, the elongation at break and mass loss at high temperature and in solvents all increased. The comparison with the pure PVC resin indicated that the synthesized DEHCH showed good plasticizing performance.
