摘 要:以可再生资源松香衍生物脱氢枞酸为原料,草酰氯为酰氯化试剂,先合成脱氢枞酸酰氯,然后再与十六醇酯化合成了环保型增塑剂脱氢枞酸十六酯,甲醇萃取分离,收率86%。用FTIR、UV-Vis,1H NMR及TG对其结构和性能进行表征。TG分析表明,脱氢枞酸十六酯的分解温度为271℃,具有较好的热稳定性,可以作为环保型增塑剂来使用。With reproducible rosin derivative-dehydroabietic acid as raw material, oxalyl chloride as reagent of acyl chlorination, converted into dehydroabieticchloride, then estered with hexadecanol to synthesize the environmentally-friendly plasticizer cetyl dehydroabietate, methanol as extractionagent, and the yield was 86%. Moreover, the cetyl dehydroabietate was characterized by means of FTIR, UV-Vis, 1H NMR and TG. The analysis of TG showed that the decomposition temperature of cetyl dehydroabietate was 271 ℃ and had good thermal stability, so it can be used as an environmentally-friendly plasticizer.
