摘 要:利用有机蒙脱土(OMMT)协同溴代环氧树脂(BER)、三氧化二锑(Sb2O3)制备OMMT-溴-锑阻燃长玻纤增强尼龙6复合材料(OMMT/FR/LGF/PA6)与溴-锑阻燃长玻纤增强尼龙6复合材料(FR/LGF/PA6)对比,通过极限氧指数(LOI)、垂直燃烧(UL94)、锥形量热分析(CONE)、红外光谱分析(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)等方法研究了OMMT协同溴-锑对长玻纤增强尼龙6复合材料成炭性能影响。结果表明,在OMMT添加量为3%,BER与Sb2O3的添加量为9%时,可使OMMT/FR/LGF/PA6复合材料的阻燃等级达到FV-0级,LOI为25.8%,与BER与Sb2O3添加量为12%时,FR/LGF/PA6的阻燃等级一致,且LOI仅为23.9%。锥形量热分析表明,OMMT能促进溴-锑阻燃体系燃烧后的成炭率,红外光谱分析表明,该炭层能保留尼龙6与蒙脱土的基本结构,但是OMMT-溴-锑阻燃体系燃烧后生成的炭层质量并不高,并易生成具有絮状结构的蓬松炭层,故LOI增加幅度并不大。Long-glass-fiber reinforced polyamide 6 composites were flame retarded with OMMT-bromine- antimony fame retardant system containing organic montmorillonite (OMMT) synchronized with brominated epoxy resins (BER) and antimony trioxide (Sb203 ). The effects of OMMT on char formation property of bromine-antimony flame retarded long-glass-fiber reinforced polyamide 6 such as limited oxygen index (LOI) measurements, UL-94, Fourier transform infrared spectra (FT-IR) cone tests and scanning electronic microscopy (SEM) were studied. The results demonstrated that LOI value and UL-94 rating of FR/LGF/ PA6 composites reached 25.8 and FV-0, respectively, for the samples containing 3 wt% OMMT synchronized with 9 wt% BER and Sb203, which had the same flame-retardant rating with the samples containing 12 wt% BER and Sb2 O, and the LOI value is only 23.9%. The CONE showed that OMMT could promote the reaction of PA6 decomposed to form residue char of bromine-antimony flame-retardant system after combustion, bl'-IR showed that this kind of residua char layer remained the basic structure of polyamide 6 and montmorillonite. However, the residua char produced by OMMT-bromine-antimony flame-retardant system hadn' t a highly perfect structure, and easy to generate the fluffy char layer with flocculent structure, as a result, the LOI value increased with a limited range.
