摘 要:通过每隔7d测定种子产量、千粒重、发芽率等指标,对青海三江源区大武地区青海草地早熟禾种子田最佳收获期进行了研究。结果表明:9月4日(盛花期后第25d)收获的种子产量和千粒重最大,分别为35.8±1.5 g/m2,0.231g。9月18日(花后第39d)收获的种子发芽率最高,是74.3%。经综合分析和评价,确定8月27日至9月11日为最佳收获期。The optimal harvesting time of Poa pratensis L. cv. Qinghai pasture seed field was studied by determinating on seed yield, thousand - seed weight, germination rate every 7 days in Dawu Area of Qinghai Yellow River, Yangzi River and Laneang River Source Area. The result showed: on the September 4th( at 25th day after peak anthesis) ,the harvested seed had the biggest yield and thousand - seed weight, and they were 35.8± 1.5g/m2 and 0.231g respectively . While on the September 18th(at 39th day after peak anthesis), the seed had the biggest germination rate(74.3% ). By analysing and assessing, August 27th to September 11st was determinated the optimal harvesting period.
