摘  要:利用研制的D型肉毒毒素颗粒毒饵进行现地高原田鼠(plateau voles)的防治试验,同时设0.1%和0.2%D型肉毒毒灭鼠剂小麦毒饵进行对照比较,结果 D型肉毒毒素颗粒毒饵杀灭高原田鼠平均灭鼠率为81.39%;0.1%浓度D型肉毒灭鼠剂燕麦毒饵组灭鼠率为75.55%;0.2%浓度D型肉毒灭鼠剂燕麦毒饵组灭鼠率为76.04%。证明D型肉毒毒素颗粒毒饵现地灭鼠效果较好。The experiment was conducted to study Botulinum Toxin Type D granular bait to control vole. 0. 1% and 0.2% of Botulinum Toxin Type D wheat bait were designed as controlling group. The results showed that average killed Vole rate of Botulinum Toxin Type D granular bait was 81.39% ,but killed vole rate of controlling groups were 75.55% and 76.04% respectively. The tests showed that Botulinum Toxin Type D granular bait has good effect in contrulling Vole.
