摘 要:浪涌电流数据是整流二极管在生产和应用中一个重要参数。按照国家整流二极管浪涌电流测试标准要求,一般需要用变压器产生浪涌电流。该方法存在测试成本大、浪涌电流波形易畸变、大电流测量时对电网波动影响大等问题。利用存储电荷产生浪涌电流,用单片机控制产生浪涌波形方法,测量并显示通过整流管的电流及电压,可以消除上述弊端,同时还具有测量准确度高,浪涌时间、峰值可控等优点。此外,与变压器产生方法相比,该方法还具有节约电能、占用空间小。目前用该方法生产的仪器已经取得较满意的效果。Surge current test data are important parameters in the process of the production and application for rectifier diode. According to the surge current testing standards of the national rectifying diode, surge current is usually generated from transformer. However, this kind of test can cause problems, such as extra high costs, surge current waveforms distortion, and great influence on power grid fluctuations while high current tested. Surge currents are generated by stored charges, then a microcontroller is adopted to control surge waveform and the real time data such as the currents and voltages through the rectifier tube are tested and displayed. Through this method, the above problems are eliminated, furthermore, it' s already proved to be much more accurate, controllable in surge time and peak. Compared with the method of surge current generated by transformer, this method also saves more energy and occupies small space. Recently, instruments produced with this method are applied in production testing systems and yield to a favourite effect.
