摘 要:针对枪管内膛铬层在发射中损坏严重的情况,利用电子扫描电镜提取了寿命射击试验后的枪管内膛表面和断面的形貌特征.在分析内膛铬层破坏机理的基础上,总结归纳了枪管内膛铬层破坏的几种形态特征,建立了铬层破坏过程的逻辑关系.采用纳米技术制备了含纳米缓蚀剂的发射药.试验结果表明,纳米缓蚀剂对铬层破坏可以起到明显的减缓作用,是保护枪膛铬层并延长枪管寿命的有效方法.Aiming at the problem that the chromium-plated rifling land of gun could be worn badly during launching,the patterns of inner face and transverse section of gun tube,which has gone through the life firing test,were carefully analyzed.By exploring the destruction principle of chromium layer,several destroyed modalities of chromium layer on inner face of gun were summarized and the logic relations of destroyed process were set up.In addition,the propellant with nanometer wear additive was prepared for experiment.Test results prove that gun powder with nanometer wear additive could prevent wear of chromium layer remarkably.The use of powder with nanometer wear additive is an effective method to protect the chromium-plated rifling land and extend the life of gun tube.
