摘 要:通过Gleeble-3500进行高温热塑性拉伸实验,获得ML20Cr的高温热塑性曲线.分析M120Cr钢的高温热塑性曲线时发现在900 ~1 150℃范围内其具有较好的热塑性,属于合适的轧制温度范围,但是抗拉强度随着温度的升高而降低,所以轧制温度应当尽量降低;在冷却起始温度低于700℃时,钢的常温显微中有大量魏氏体出现,因此轧后控冷工艺应尽量避免在700℃以下进行缓冷,以确保奥氏体能充分转变为珠光体和铁素体组织.The high - temperature thermoplastic curve of ML20Cr is got with high - temperature thermoplastic drawing test on Gleeble - 3500. In analysis of the curve it is found that ML20Cr has good thermoplastic prop- erty within 900 to 1 150 ℃ and that is suitable temperature range for its rolling but the tensile strength would reduce along with temperature rise, so the rolling temperature should be as low as possible; when the begin- ning cooling temperature is lower than 700 ℃ a large quantity of Widmanstatten structure would be brought a-bout and so slow cooling in temperature lower than 700 ℃ should be avoided in after - rolling controlled cooling process to guarantee the full transformation of austenite into pearlite and ferrite.
